Stephanie Bogan
Stephanie Bogan is known for helping growth-minded advisors and leaders build wildly successful practices and work with greater ease and joy. With three decades consulting, coaching and working in some of the biggest, best and brightest firms, Stephanie brings proven experience keen and insights on starting, running, growing and exit strategies for advisory firms. Stephanie sold her first firm to a Fortune 200 company in 2008, retired to the beach in Costa Rica in 2012 and un-retired to start Limitless Advisor in 2018, growing another 7-figure firm in 2 years while working 25 hours a week.

Leland is the founder of PeaceLink Financial Planning and Accounting with 10 years of experience as a financial planner. At PeaceLink, Leland serves top producing realtors and self-employed millennials to help them get the life they want from their business. 

He was voted Top 40 Under 40 in 2023 by Inside Business. He is also the host of the Real Estate Success Podcast. He lives in Virginia Beach, VA with his wife, their son Levi, their foster son Zander, dog Sutton, and baby girl coming soon! He is passionate about leadership development and is incredibly involved in his local community and the lives of young men. 

Sara Stanich

Sara Stanich is a Certified Financial Planner practitioner and the founder of Cultivating Wealth, an SEC-Registered Investment Adviser. Cultivating Wealth helps successful creatives make the best choices to build, manage and protect their wealth, so they can feel good about their money.

Sara joined the financial industry in 2007, after 12 years in marketing roles and an MBA from New York University. She launched her RIA in 2016 and is a frequent source for the financial press. After over 25 years in New York City, Sara moved to Montauk with her family, where she enjoys spending time at the beach and bike riding with her three kids.
