Stephanie Bogan
Stephanie Bogan is known for helping growth-minded advisors and leaders build wildly successful practices and work with greater ease and joy. With three decades consulting, coaching and working in some of the biggest, best and brightest firms, Stephanie brings proven experience keen and insights on starting, running, growing and exit strategies for advisory firms. Stephanie sold her first firm to a Fortune 200 company in 2008, retired to the beach in Costa Rica in 2012 and un-retired to start Limitless Advisor in 2018, growing another 7-figure firm in 2 years while working 25 hours a week.
Adam Cmejla, CFP®
Adam Cmejla, CFP® is an XY member who grew 4x in 4 years to $1M revenue, working 30 hours a week, and taking Fridays plus 8 weeks off, earning his Pilot's license and ultimately buying a plane to fulfill his childhood dream. His practice is growing at 40% YOY with a steady stream of highly qualified prospects. Adam joined the Limitless coaching faculty in 2020 to share what he learned about how to build a wildly successful practice with other advisors who are ready to create new levels of success.
